Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all cities and regions across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on all orders of PKR 3,000 or more.
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below PKR 3,000.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, our team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order. Kitchelor cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
